Alvin Brown was born 30 September 1844. He enlisted as a private 22 August 1862 and was mustered in Company H, 107th Ohio infantry9 September 1862 was a soldier in Company H, 107th Ohio Infantry. He was killed at the battle of Chancellorsville 2 May 1863.
