There are legal records, A. H. H. Stuart's will, estate papers, receipts, and accounts with Bath ironworks, Staunton Chancery Court, and between Virginia and West Virginia. Prominent correspondents include John Marshall, James Monroe, Millard Fillmore, J. E. B. Stuart, Woodrow Wilson, and Daniel Webster. There are also Civil War Quartermaster supply receipts
