Biographical or historical data
Euodias Garrison Swann (1883-1973), the son of Joshua and Louisa Ella Winstead Swann, was born near Lottsburg, Northumberland County, Virginia. He taught school in various counties in Virginia and then resided in Baltimore, Maryland, where he worked as a clerk. He returned to Richmond, Virginia, around 1955, and travelled extensively throughout the state.
