Biographical or historical data
Benjamin Fahnestock was born in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania on 12 March 1813. He was the son of Andrew Fahnestock (1781-1863) and Margaret Graver (1779-1847). He married Hester Ann Balentine in Knoxville, Tennessee. They later moved out West, and were living in Watsonville, Santa Cruz County, California in 1880.
