Biographical or historical data
Raymond Martin Bell was born in Pennsylvania 21 March 1907. He was a lay circuit minister for the Methodist Church in Pennsylvania in the late 1920s. Bell was the historian for the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the Methodist Church. He taught physics at Washington and Jefferson College from 1937 to 1975. Bell was a genealogist and published books on the subject. He died 12 April 1999.
