Rev. Elijah White Roach (1797-1883) was a Baptist minister in the Charlotte County, Virginia, area from 1833 to 1883. He was also the Clerk of the Appomattox Association, which consisted of Baptist churches in Appomattox, Campbell, Charlotte, Nottoway, and Prince Edward Counties, Virginia.
