Biographical or historical data
Giotto R. Balducci was born on 7 July 1924. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. Afterwards, he attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and graduated in 1950 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He was also a real estate developer. Balducci died on 29 March 2003 and is buried in Signal Hill Memorial Park in Hanover County, Virginia.
