Biographical or historical data
Guilford Dudley (17 April 1756 - 3 February 1833), Revolutionary militia officer, was born in Caroline County, Virginia, the son of Christopher and Elizabeth Dudley. After the war Dudley returned to Halifax, North Carolina, and married Anna Bland Eaton of Warren County, North Carolina. A native of Prince George County, Virginia, she was born on 21 December 1763, the daughter of Thomas and Anna Eaton.
