This accession contains one negative photostat depicting a section and two floor plans for a military blockhouse from volume one, page 138 of "Travels Through the Interior Parts of America; In a Series of Letters. By an Officer" by Thomas Anburey (London, 1789). This blockhouse is described as being across the Sorrell River from Fort St. John's about twelve miles southeast of Montreal, Canada. American forces under General Richard Montgomery attacked Fort St. John's on 16 September 1775 and captured it on 2 November 1775
