Effie Branch Bowles Kelley was born about 1867 in Richmond, Virginia, to T. R. and Ella Bowles. She married Henry Spiller Kelley (1867-1936) 28 December 1892 in Richmond. They had a daughter. Effie Branch Bowles Kelley died 12 September 1947 in Richmond, and was buried in Hollywood Cemetery.
