Summary
Recording of the celebration of Virginia's primary highway system. Includes speeches from Governor Thomas B. Stanley and Senator Harry F. Byrd, Sr. Stanley discusses Byrd's role in the building of the road system and calls the fact that Virginia owes no money on the road system a tribute to Byrd's fight against the road bond issue in 1923.
