Susanna Frances Baylor was born 2 March 1783 in Caroline County, Virginia, to John Baylor (1750-1808) and Frances Norton Baylor (1760-1815), one of their seven children. She married James Sutton 18 May 1804. Susanna Frances Baylor Sutton died 19 February 1837.
