Harris served as Vice-Chair; former Virginia Transportation Secretary John Milliken served as Transition Director; former Director of the Joint Commission on Health Care Jane Kusiak served as Deputy Transition Director; and former Warner campaign spokesperson Mo Elleithee served as Transition Spokesperson.
