  • Address, Virginia House of Burgesses to George II, King of England, undated. This address concerns granting of certain lands in small parcells exempt from payment of rights and quitrents. The JOURNAL OF THE HOUSE OF BURGESSES, 1752-1755, includes the resolution subsequent to the order of 9 November 1753 that the address be prepared. A note on this item states that two copies of the address were prepared 11 March 1754. The address is signed by Speaker John Robinson. (copy)
