Randolph Turner, Jr. was receiving military training at the Sampson Naval Training Station in Sampson, New York

Biographical or historical data
Indiana Nicholas Wilson (ca. 1840-1871) was the daughter of George Nicholas Wilson and Hypatia Allen of Chesterfield County, Virginia. She married Thomas Povall Turner (1840-1902) on 15 October 1861. Their son, Dr. Edwin P. Turner married Hannah Brown Randolph. Their son, Edwin Randolph Turner (1894-1963) married Mary Putney Reams in 1917. Their son Edwin Randolph Turner, Jr. (1922-2007) married Helen Letha Hawley (1924-2012) on 9 September 1943.
