South Quay is another of the few Baptist churches containing a "Register of Children's Ages" [1758-1799], pages 135-138, showing parents, childrens' names, and birth and death dates. This register is published in the Virginia Genealogical Society's "Quarterly Bulletin," vol. 6, no. 1 (Jan. 1968): 4-5. This accession consists of bound photostatic prints
  • The second volume is Accession 28567 and can be found on Miscellaneous Reel 507. It is a minute book covering the period from 2 December 1827 to [8] December 1861, and from [11] June 1865 to [10] December 1899. This volume records in detail the concerns of the church.
