Contains a letter from Philip Norborne Nicholas, Attorney General, to Gervas Storrs, Chairman of the Committee for inquiring into the situation of the property appropriated for the use of the Governor. Norborne encloses a copy of the decree rendered in the Court of Chancery by Dr. Philip Turpin against the Commonwealth to recover possession of the garden attached to the Governor's house.
