Thomas Hugh Burwell Randolph (1843-1900), of Millwood, Clarke County, Virginia, served with the 2nd Virginia Infantry, Company C, during the Civil War. He was a prisoner of war confined at Old Capitol Prison (Washington, D.C.), Camp Chase, and Johnson's Island (Ohio) from 1862-1865.
