Biographical or historical data
Born in 1800, Isaac Roney was a prosperous farmer and a Virginia militia major in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. He died 26 November 1870. John Y. Harris, born 31 March 1846, married Roney's daughter, Ella V. Roney (1847-1931). Harris was a prominent lawyer and served as a judge in Dinwiddie County. He died 1 March 1921.
