Biographical or historical data
Willa Mac Duncan was born 14 August 1910 in Cleo Springs, Oklahoma. Willa Duncan married Herbert David Coulter (1903-1984) 21 May 1932, and they had at least three children. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Colonial Dames of the XVII Century, as well as a genealogist. Willa Coulter died in Fort Collins, Colorado, 26 June 2002.
