Contains a letter from Governor William H. Cabell, Richmond, to [Peter Johnston, Jr.], Speaker of the House of Delegates, transmitting a general account of the Jail & Penitentiary for the year 1806. This account provides the amount of manufactured articles and raw materials and the amount of the Keeper's account for purchases of raw materials, tools, etc. in 1805 & 1806. Also included is an inventory of manufactured articles & raw materials on hand at the Penitentiary on 1 December 1806. Lastly, there is an amount of articles manufactured in the Jail & Penitentiary from 1 December 1805 to 1 December 1806
