Biographical or historical data
Benjamin Pollard was the son of Robert Pollard (1756-1819) of King William County, Virginia, and was born 7 March 1786. Benjamin Pollard later moved to King and Queen County, Virginia. He represented King and Queen County in the state House of Delegates from 1823 to 1829, 1830 to 1831, and 1834. He died while serving in the legislature on 21 December 1834.
