Nathaniel Watlington (d. 1816) was a prominent citizen of Gloucester County, Virginia. He had 2 sons by his first marriage, Nathaniel and Armistead Watlington. Nathaniel Sr. and his second wife Massey Watlington had 5 children; Paul, Clever, Isabella, Sterling, and Charlotte. Paul Watlington (d. 1840) and his wife Frances Sarah Watlington had at least one son, Thomas R. Watlington who lived in King William County, Virginia. Isabella Watlington married Rowland Finch.
