Biographical or historical data
The Seay family were residents of Fluvanna County, Virginia. George Loving Seay (1804-1874) married Mary Payne. They lived at Mount Airy, and had 12 children, including Judith Elizabeth Seay. She was born on 5 July 1829, and died on 21 August 1909 at "Hilldale." She married Constantine Osborne Perkins (1817-1896) on 2 September 1851. They had 9 children.
