  • Includes a vestry book and a manuscript copy, and a remonstrance. Accession 19762 is a vestry book covering the period 16 July 1752 to 1 August 1818. Because the vestry book is mutilated, these records are incomplete. Beginning with 1755, processioners' records were entered with the minutes. This item is also available on Miscellaneous Reel 467

Biographical or historical data
Lunenburg County was divided in 1752 and Halifax County was formed. Cumberland Parish was divided in the same manner and Antrim Parish was created. The new parish covered the entire county of Halifax.
