Biographical or historical data
George Seufert resided in Middletown, Connecticut. He enlisted on 7 June 1862 as a corporal and on 20 August 1862 mustered into Company E, 14th Connecticut Infantry. He mustered out on 31 May 1865. Seufert was once demoted to the rank of private.
