Will, 24 November 1767, of John Williamson (d. 1769) of Hanover County, Virginia. Will was recorded 7 September 1769, but the will book containing this instrument is no longer extant. Contains a note that will was ordered entered into the Hanover Circuit Court Will Book 30 November 1874, but will not located in that volume. In addition to his wife and her daughter, Williamson mentions a nephew in Scotland and makes bequests to local Presbyterian churches and to establish a charity school. The will was found among evidence in the Henrico County suit SCHOOL BOARD OF HANOVER CO. v. CHAS. W. DABNEY ET AL
