Lagerman to make Thelma F. Lagerman his lawful attorney, dated 8 July 1969, and one agreement made between Jocelyn M. Lagerman and Allen J. Lagerman for terms of a marital separation, executed at the United States Embassy in Tehran, Iran on 2 October 1972
  • This lot also contains three letters to Jocelyn Catan-Rose from Darrell E. Morgan, a member of the Air Force stationed in Tehran, Iran, dated 10 October 1972, 15 October 1972, and 17 October 1972, one letter to Allen Lagerman from Uffinger and Associates describing the monitoring and investigation of Lagerman's home in Falls Church, Virginia, dated 15 December 1972. This letter is accompanied by several photographs of the property. Also included is a document of transfer made between Robert W. Crosby and Allen J. Lagerman for a company called "Hillcrest Anstalt" located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, dated 19 April 1975

Biographical or historical data
The Treasurer is the custodian of any property presumed abandoned and remitted to the state's custody for safekeeping. The intangible personal property is retained by the Treasurer after being declared unclaimed, for eventual delivery to the person claiming an interest in said property pursuant to Sections 55-210.20 through 55-210.22 of the Code of Virginia. Per Library of Virginia retention schedule 152-006, intangible personal property records are retained by the Dept. of Treasury for 20 years and then any records deemed archival are transferred to the Library of Virginia for permanent retention.
