Papers, 1785-1916, of the Wilson family of Cumberland County, Virginia, and Kentucky, gathered by Patti Sue McCrary to be transcribed in her book, WILSON FAMILIES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA AND WOODFORD COUNTY, KENTUCKY: WITH CORRESPONDENCE AND OTHER PAPERS, 1785-1849 (LVA call number CS71 .W75 2005). Documents include accounts, correspondence, deeds, indentures, receipts, and a handful of typed transcripts. Some of the Wilson family members appearing in the collection include Benjamin Wilson (1759-1839), Willis Wilson (1758-1822), and Matthew Wilson (1772-1834)
