Items include thread, India cotton, mustard, ribbon, blankets, coffee, and nails. At the end of the book, an "errata" section details disputed charges. These include charges for women's apparel after Mrs. Claiborne's death in 1801, and ones made to his account by Claiborne's slaves without permission.
