- Born 6 November 1902, William Moscoe Huntley attended the T. C. Williams School of law in the early 1920s and began his law career in the office of E. B. Thomason and Arby Wickham in 1927. From 1929 to 1942, he was a partner in the firm of Hurt and Huntley. Huntley served in the Navy during World War II. After the war, he returned to Richmond, Virginia, and became associated with the law firm of Leake and Buford. Huntley represented Richmond in the House of Delegates from 1952 to 1956. In 1956, he was elected a judge of the Richmond Hustings Court. He retired from the court in 1969. Huntley died in Richmond in March 1983.
