Smith of Tennessee discussing family matters; and a speech, n.d., on judicial reform in Virginia. Also includes a bond, dated 2 February 1871, from William Ettenborough (1825-1890) and Benjamin P. King (1801-1875) of Dinwiddie County to the Commonwealth of Virginia, and statement of monies collected in Dinwiddie County reported by 15 December 1891

- Isaac Roney was born in 1800 in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. He became a prosperous farmer and served as a major in the Virginia militia. Roney died 26 November 1870.
