Hancock (b. 1842) of Isle of Wight County and Richmond, Virginia to Isham Still (b. 1836) of Petersburg, Dinwiddie County, Virginia concerning an injurious horse accident. Hancock claims he fell off his horse because a Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac Railroad engine spooked the animal as he was riding to the State Fair. He also describes his injuries
