- Transcript of the will, 9 October 1702, of Thomas Tinsley of New Kent County, Virginia. Will was recorded in New Kent County Court 28 October 1702. The will book which contains this instrument is no longer extant. Transcript made from a transcript of Tinsley's will which appeared in the RICHMOND NEWS LEADER, 13 March 1903, on page 8. There is some question that the will may have been written 9 October 1700.
